Property
Management
This service involves a regular
weekly inspection of your property including checking all windows,
grills and doors, airing of the property, flushing the toilets,
checking for any damp or damage, and checking electricity, water and
gas. We will also check and empty your mail box. Any problems will
be immediately reported to you by email or telephone. Your property
will be visited even if you, or your guests are visiting to ensure
“all is well”.
We offer this service at a charge
of 300 Euros per year. We are happy to be flexible on this,
if for example, you are planning a long term stay yourself and do
not wish us to disrupt your privacy. We will adjust the cost
accordingly. Please let us know your requirements.
THIS WILL BE 275 EUROS FOR THE FIRST YEAR

Services for Owners Rental
If you rent out your property
yourself, we can offer the following services for your guests at the
charges listed below. Should you choose not to use our “Meet and
Greet” service, we suggest that you arrange for your guests to be
sent only the keys required to get them through the front door. We
will arrange for your other keys to be available in your property
for their arrival.
